All client information is kept in-house and strictly confidential. Personal information collected during the reservation & security online check-in process [name, address, phone & fax numbers, email address plus identification, credit card number, or photographs & expiration date] is used exclusively to the extent necessary to complete a reservation & give you access to the property.
Alpine Country Holidays does not share our customer’s personal information with any third party.
We use return email addresses to answer the email requests we receive.
Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Compliance – SAQ-D
Strict PCI DSS compliance is necessary for any business accepting credit card payments. We provide continuous monitoring of PCI DSS-compliant infrastructure, processes, and scope, all of which are revised and updated at least every two years or as necessary.
Card details are tokenised separately into a secure PCI Compliant Vault and a secure token is submitted to Alpine Country Holidays through our API. Full credit card details are not shown to us.
Our data retention policy is to remove all card & identification data within 14 calendar days after checkout from your stay. Cancelled bookings are removed on the day of cancellation.
The booking page and recipient API are ranked ‘A’ on SSLLabs.com using 256bit TLS1.2
