- Competitions: If you enter one of our competitions where Alpine Country Holidays properties are offered as prizes, we’ll collect your contact details (such as name, phone number, and email) so we can manage your entry, notify winners, and keep you updated with our latest offers.
- Advertising & Digital Marketing: We may collect your contact information when you interact with us through advertising channels, including Google Ads, social media platforms (such as Facebook or Instagram), or other digital campaigns. This information is used to respond to your enquiries, provide tailored offers, and share updates on our services.

- We delete card and ID data within 14 days after checkout, and immediately if a booking is cancelled.
- Our booking system is rated ‘A’ on SSLLabs.com using 256bit TLS1.2 security.
Your Rights & Deletion Requests
You have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your personal information at any time.
If you no longer wish to receive communications from us, you can:
