– Due to Council & Fire Regulations – Total Guests Cannot Exceed 8 – including infants in cots
– The car park has a 2 – 2.5 m height restriction. So no vans or high roof racks.
– There are stairs to the front door.
– You are required to complete ACH online check-in prior to arrival, this will include providing government-issued photo identification and if a bond is required, you will be asked for a credit card for incidental charges as a pre-authorisation.

Lovely place. To die for views off the penthouse balcony. Lovely spaced out place. We had 6 adults and 4 kids and worked out very well. Quick walk to the local stores and the lake. Place was very clean and well appointed. Communications were on point and loved the local tips provided. All worked out well and we would love to come back again.

The location is great and the view is definitely undersold in the listing - the place overlooks the gorgeous lake. There is plenty of room and the space has everything needed, including 2 undercover parking spaces. I'd recommend staying here.

This place has a fantastic view of the Jindabyne lake. If you didnt do anything else, just sit on the terrace or the living room and admire the view of the lake. The view at Sunrise and Sunset are just fabulous. If you decide to go out, towncentre is a 10 min walk, lake front is about the same. The space is clean and very comfortable. Just remember that two bedrooms out of 4 have bunk beds, not that they are any less comfy. Peter is a great host and responds very quickly. I would love to go back some other time.

Summit 14 has one of the best views of the alps and the lake. The balcony is huge with more than 180 degree views. The place itself was sparkling clean, with enough and more space for the 6 of us. We’ll definitely be back in the future.

Property - A really nice apartment with spectacular view,the lounge area is really big and is enough for 10 people's entertainment.
